What is Anyday?
- Anyday is a payment solution that offers you as a customer to buy your goods today and split your payment over several months. Partial payment with Anyday does not cost you as a customer anything, so you do not have to pay interest or fees.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched. When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead. No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.
At Prinsesse2ben.dk we also accept payment with Viabill.
What is Viabill?
- Viabill is a payment method where you as a customer can quickly and easily 'buy now and pay later'. When you as a customer use Viabill, they finance purchases of up to DKK 2,000. After which, if the amount is exceeded, the amount is financed in collaboration with SparXpress. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with Viabill ends.
How does Viabill work?
- When you use Viabill as a payment method, you will be sent your goods after purchase and will only be charged your first payment at the end of the following month (on the 20th of each month) If this is not paid on time, a fee will be charged of DKK 39
Shipping at Prinsesse2ben
With us, we send your goods off with free shipping when your purchase is for more than NOK 499, and the delivery will be within 1-3 days.
If you want to pick up your order in our store, this can be done free of charge. Simply show your order number and we will find your package.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to lager@prinsesse2ben.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Any errors on the website
We reserve the right for errors and omissions in connection with purchases on our webshop. It can happen that there is a stock error and we therefore do not have the product in stock, that the product is listed at the wrong price or has the wrong name or picture. In this case, we may be forced to cancel your order.
Return
If you wish to return your purchased goods at Prinsesse2ben.dk, you must pay for the delivery costs yourself. You can choose your preferred shipping company such as GLS or Postnord and send the package directly to Prinsesse2ben and NOT to a parcel shop.

We would like to point out that we do not recommend sending parcels back with DAO, as they place the parcels outside in front of our store and we therefore do not have an opportunity to have the package safely delivered to the store. If you choose to send the package with DAO, the sender is liable for the costs of any theft of the package.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund payments received from you. If you have used the attached return label, this will be deducted from your refund. If you choose another form of delivery, we will not refund extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. DAO is not intended for businesses and they deliver the package to the front door at night, which can result in theft of sent packages. Prinsesse2ben recommends that the item be returned via GLS or PostNord. In this way, it is possible to track the package in their systems, and it thus removes any doubt as to whether the package has been delivered to Prinsesse2ben. In addition, you have the option of being able to request the package if delivery has not taken place.
You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in personally to the store.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, you should basically do so by sending an email where you write "Cancellation" in the subject field or call and contact the webshop's customer service. The email should also include the order time and order number.
You can also forward us your order confirmation with the text "Cancellation" inserted in the subject field.
Cancellation must be made before 14.00 on the same day as the order is made. Or if the order is placed after 14, please cancel it before 10.00 the following day.
Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Special provisions for traders
The same sales conditions apply as for consumers, however with the following modification:
There is no right of withdrawal for traders. There is a 1-year right of complaint from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year complaint period. Prinsesse2ben reserves the right of ownership of goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs in connection with enforcement of the retention of title are the responsibility of the buyer. Interest accrues from the due date at 1% per month started.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information registered with Prinsesse2ben v/ Tina Vinther is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
