If you wish to return your purchased goods at Prinsesse2ben.dk, you must pay for the delivery costs yourself. You can choose your preferred shipping company such as GLS or Postnord and send the package directly to Prinsesse2ben and NOT to a parcel shop.

We would like to point out that we do not recommend sending parcels back with DAO, as they place the parcels outside in front of our shop and we therefore do not have an opportunity to have the parcel safely delivered to the shop. If you choose to send the package with DAO, the sender is liable for the costs of any theft of the package.
